How consumers opt in (step-by-step):

1. User navigates to the FlowHatch checkout page

2. User enters contact information, including mobile phone number

3. User is presented with an SMS consent checkbox that is NOT pre-checked

4. User must manually check the box to provide consent

5. User submits checkout

6. SMS messages are sent only after consent is provided
